Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups

Learn the skills to build a life worth living.

What is a DBT Skills Group?

A DBT Skills Group is different from traditional group therapy.

Rather than focusing primarily on processing personal experiences, DBT Skills Groups function much like a class. Together, we'll learn, practice, and apply evidence-based skills that promote emotional resilience and long-term well-being.

๏ปฟ

Participants are encouraged to practice skills between sessions and discuss how they worked in real-life situations.

๐Ÿง˜ Mindfulness

Develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while learning to stay present and intentional in daily life.
